Photoresist Packaging: Electronic-grade Storage and Transport Protection with Full High-purity Safeguards
With many years of deep experience in the semiconductor and display industries, Jestar specialises in the R&D and production of packaging materials for ultra-high-purity chemicals such as photoresists and solvents. We have built a complete ultra-clean packaging ecosystem, filling a critical gap in the domestic supply chain.
Photoresist drums are high-purity chemical storage and transport containers designed specifically for semiconductors and display panels, engineered for photosensitive, high-purity reagents such as photoresists. A stainless steel outer shell paired with a single-use ultra-clean liner provides light-proof sealing with no ion leaching and no bubble entrapment. Meeting SEMI cleanliness standards, they are safe and stable — ideal for storing and transporting high-end electronic chemicals.

Ultra-high-purity clean bags suited to photoresists, organic solvents and high-purity reagents. High elongation, strong impact resistance and high tensile strength, with ultra-high cleanliness and extremely low metal leaching. Used together with transfer drums, they eliminate secondary contamination and reduce hazardous waste, safeguarding ultra-high-purity chemicals.

Ultra-clean Metal Containers: High-purity Chemical Packaging Containers
High-purity containers are specialised clean storage and transport vessels for the semiconductor and electronic chemicals industries, used mainly for the sealed storage and safe transfer of sensitive materials such as photoresists, high-purity precursors and specialty electronic chemicals.

High-purity material containers use semiconductor-grade stainless steel as the base material. Special smelting processes strictly control impurity content, giving extremely low metal ion leaching along with excellent chemical inertness and corrosion resistance — able to withstand long-term storage of highly corrosive, highly reactive electronic chemicals. The inner walls are treated with an EP polishing process, resulting in extremely low surface roughness with no weld dead corners and minimal contaminant generation, meeting high cleanliness level requirements.
The container uses an integrated sealing structure paired with high-purity corrosion-resistant sealing components for excellent airtightness, effectively blocking moisture, oxygen and external fine particles and preventing material oxidation, deterioration and performance degradation. Manufactured and inspected in strict accordance with dust-free production standards and suited to semiconductor cleanroom conditions, the range offers complete specifications and can be customised — providing a high-cleanliness, high-safety, highly stable professional carrying solution for the full chain of high-purity material storage, transfer and process application.

Transfer IBC Tanks: Purpose-built for Large-volume Storage and Transfer
High-cleanliness transfer IBC tanks are large-capacity professional storage and transport equipment developed for high-end fields such as semiconductors, electronic chemicals and fine chemicals. They are used mainly for the sealed storage and in-plant transfer of high-purity solvents, electronic-grade reagents, photoresist ancillary raw materials and various high-cleanliness liquid materials.

High-cleanliness transfer IBC tanks are made from premium stainless steel with pure, contaminant-free material. Metal ion leaching and fine particle residue are strictly controlled, and chemical stability is excellent — resisting strong acids, alkalis and organic solvent corrosion, eliminating material contamination and quality degradation at the source. The inner walls are EP-polished, giving a smooth, dead-corner-free surface that is easy to clean with no residue, meeting high cleanliness standards for repeated use.
Supplied as standard with a high-strength reinforcing frame and a high-precision sealing structure, the tanks are leak-proof and airtight with outstanding structural stability. The large-capacity, integrated design delivers excellent load-bearing performance and high transfer efficiency, and the tanks are reusable — making them core purpose-built equipment for the safe, large-scale storage and transport of high-end high-purity materials.

Cross-section diagram
01 Composite Outer Drum
The drum body is made of 0.5 mm tinplate (SPTE), with 0.4 mm 304 stainless steel for the top and bottom.
The outer packaging uses a compliant metal shell, partly in stainless steel, effectively preventing corrosion from residual liquid and from the storage environment.
02 Inner Liner Drum
Made of dual-layer PE with excellent chemical resistance, not easily attacked by acids or alkalis. The outer layer is light-blocking black PE, providing effective shielding and good structural support; the inner layer is a natural-colour clean PE layer.
Produced by blow moulding in a single piece that balances strength and safety, manufactured in an ultra-clean Class-100 workshop under strict quality control procedures — a superior packaging choice for products with extremely high cleanliness requirements.
