The 4L PFA supply tube is designed for use with same-size liner bags. Formed in one piece from high-purity PFA, it offers excellent chemical resistance against photoresists and various highly corrosive electronic solvents. Produced under dust-free control throughout, its particle and metal leaching levels meet stringent semiconductor standards and will not contaminate high-purity media. A side hole at the top balances pressure inside the drum, keeping supply smooth without collapsing the liner bag, and the base uses an FKM fluoroelastomer sealing ring for leak-free sealing. Suited to automated transfer piping in cleanrooms, it is a dedicated component for stable delivery of small volumes of electronic chemicals.
