The 200L N-type PFA supply tube is used with large-capacity liner bags. Formed in one piece from high-purity PFA throughout, it withstands highly corrosive photoresist and etching media with outstanding chemical stability. Moulded in a cleanroom and passing strict dual testing for particles and metal leaching, it safeguards electronic chemical purity. A side hole at the upper end balances pressure inside the drum, preventing the liner bag from collapsing under negative pressure and blocking the line during extraction. The base uses an FKM fluoroelastomer sealing ring for leak-free sealing when locked, and the standardised connector suits large-scale automated feeding systems at wafer fabs.
