The S1-200L H-type vertical cylindrical liner bag is formed from single-layer high-purity PE material, its body fitting closely against the inner wall of 200L stainless steel drums to reduce media clinging residue. Manufactured in a dust-free environment with strict control of particle and metal leaching, it suits sensitive semiconductor chemicals such as photoresists and high-purity etching liquids. Supplied with a sealing gasket, dust cover and butterfly clips, the double-locking structure strengthens sealing under large-volume conditions, and the centred top opening fits dedicated supply tubes. Single-use operation removes the need to clean heavy steel drums and eliminates material cross-contamination — suited to large-batch feeding and storage at wafer fabs.
