The 1000L insulated IBC tank uses a jacketed insulation construction, using the insulating layer to hold the internal temperature — suited to materials such as emulsions and biological preparations that require constant-temperature storage and transport. The 304 stainless steel body has a mirror-polished and EP-electropolished inner wall; the passivation film isolates media corrosion and prevents impurity leaching, while the mechanically polished outer wall resists rust and wipes clean easily. A pressure gauge and multi-port piping on top allow real-time monitoring of internal conditions, and the low vertical-leg structure eases forklift handling. Widely used in the new energy industry.
